Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role based in Pune City.

The Maintenance

Technician will perform routine and corrective maintenance on production equipment and support systems used in die manufacturing and heat treatment processes.

Responsibilities include inspecting machinery, identifying technical issues, executing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. The role involves troubleshooting mechanical and basic electrical faults, coordinating with production teams to prioritize maintenance activities, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and spare parts usage.

Technician will also support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability, safety, and overall plant efficiency.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair.
- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance and reliability-focused maintenance practices.
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining manufacturing machinery, preferably in tooling, die manufacturing, or metal processing environments.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures.
- Solid attention to safety standards, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on the shop floor.
- Candidates should have experience of managing problems related to CNC Controllers of Siemens and Fanuc make.
- Candidates should have adequate knowledge of PLC Systems
