Nexband Renewables is looking for a skilled and experienced Plant Fitter / Maintenance Fitter to join our Compressed Bio-Gas (CBG) plant operations team. If you have hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and a passion for renewable energy, we would love to hear from you!
?️ Key Responsibilities
- Carry out mechanical fitting, equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain and repair pumps, biogas compressors, agitators, conveyors, screw presses, H₂S scrubbers, and decanters.
- Perform compressor overhauling and rotating equipment alignment.
- Maintain maintenance logbooks, checklists, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Coordinate with electrical and operations teams to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations.
- Support troubleshooting activities and minimize equipment downtime.
✅ Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of mechanical maintenance in process plants.
- Hands-on experience with rotating equipment and industrial machinery.
- Preference for candidates from CBG, biogas, waste-to-energy, distillery, or chemical plants.
- Ability to work in shifts and respond effectively to maintenance requirements.
- A disciplined, safety-conscious, and team-oriented approach.
