Key Responsibilities

- Incoming QC: Inspect raw materials, machined parts, fabricated components, and bought-out items.
- In-Process QC: Monitor fabrication, machining, assembly, alignment, and workmanship.
- Machine Trials: Coordinate and inspect machine trials, verify performance, and document results.
- Final Inspection: Ensure machinery meets approved specifications and customer requirements before dispatch.
- Packing & Dispatch QC: Verify accessories, spare parts, packing quality, and shipment readiness.
- Documentation: Maintain inspection reports, QC checklists, nonconformity records, and corrective action reports.
- Coordinate with Production,



Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams to resolve quality issues.

Required Skills
- Experience in industrial machinery manufacturing and quality control.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, motors, gearboxes, and machine testing.
- Robust attention to detail, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Industry: Plastic extrusion machinery

- Role Objective: Ensure every machine manufactured by Extrutech is thoroughly inspected, properly tested, and dispatched without unresolved quality issues.
