SENIOR MACHINE LEARNING SCIENTIST | 6-9 YEARS | BENGALURU / REMOTE We are hiring an experienced Senior Machine Learning Scientist to solve complex, large-scale business problems using advanced machine learning, statistics and experimentation. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in ML modelling, deep learning, causal inference and production ML systems.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined ML problems and measurable success metrics.
- Build and validate models across classical ML, deep learning, transformers, embeddings and causal inference.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure business impact.
- Work with large datasets using Spark and Databricks for EDA and modelling.
- Develop custom algorithms, estimators and optimization approaches where required.
- Partner with ML Engineers to take research prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Monitor deployed models for drift,



bias and performance degradation.
- Mentor mid-level Data Scientists / ML Scientists and communicate technical insights to senior stakeholders.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 6-9 years of applied Machine Learning / Data Science experience with models deployed to production.
- Strong knowledge of Statistics & Probability, hypothesis testing, Bayesian inference and causal inference.
- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, linear algebra and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, pandas, scikit-learn and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Experience working with Apache Spark and Databricks.
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and experimental design.
- Experience with Git and production-quality research code.
- Exposure to event-driven architecture, microservices or streaming technologies such as Kafka.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
