Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day shop-floor production activities.
- Handle winding, core/coil assembly, and transformer assembly processes.
- Ensure production is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Monitor the production process and maintain process control and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to identify and resolve production-related issues.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S and safety practices on the shop floor.
- Monitor productivity, material usage, and production targets.
- Maintain production records and report any process deviations.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of shop-floor production and process control.
- Knowledge of winding, core/coil, and assembly processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of 5S, quality, and safety practices.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.

Industry Preference: Transformer / Power Equipment Manufacturing.
