Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Canada, responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics operations to support the firm’s consulting services. This position manages inventory and office supplies, coordinates procurement activities, and ensures timely delivery of documents and materials between internal teams, clients, and external partners.

The role includes planning and optimizing supply chain processes, monitoring vendor performance, and maintaining accurate records of shipments and stock levels.

Manager collaborates closely with customer-facing teams to align logistics timelines with client needs, resolve operational issues, and uphold service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee daily operations and optimize processes.
- Strong experience in Inventory Management and Procurement to manage materials, control costs, and coordinate with vendors.
- Solid Customer Service skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients, ensuring timely and accurate support.
- Ability to use basic logistics and inventory software, along with strong Excel and data management skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and process compliance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Prior experience in logistics or operations management, preferably in professional services or consulting, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
