Role Description The Logistics Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Pantnagar.

The Logistics

Executive will coordinate daily logistics operations, including shipment planning, vehicle allocation, monitoring dispatches, and ensuring timely deliveries as per customer and internal requirements.

Responsibilities include tracking inventory movements, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting compliance with safety and operational standards. The role involves close collaboration with warehouse teams,



transport partners, and customers to resolve issues, optimize routes, and improve service levels.

The Logistics

Executive will also assist in analyzing operational data, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to overall supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills, with experience in coordinating end-to-end operations.
- Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client expectations and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sales and relationship management abilities to support business growth opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics/ERP systems for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; relevant experience in logistics or manufacturing hubs is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of safety, compliance, and regulatory norms related to transport and warehousing.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pantnagar and coordinate with cross-functional teams and partners.
