Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loans Operations Executive to support the loan processing team by managing client documentation, coordinating with customers, calculating income, and updating client information in the CRM system.

The candidate will be responsible for collecting and verifying loan documents, following up on pending requirements, explaining loan rate quotes and processing charges, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Loan Documentation & Processing

- Collect, verify, and organize required loan documents from clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely submission of pending documents.
- Check documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal requirements.
- Upload and maintain client documents in designated folders and internal systems.
- Maintain organized digital and physical client files.
- Track pending cases and ensure timely movement of files through the loan processing cycle.
- Identify missing documents or discrepancies and escalate them to the concerned team.

1. Client Communication & Coordination

- Communicate with clients regularly regarding document requirements and loan application status.
- Explain loan interest rates, processing charges, and other relevant details as per company guidelines.
- Provide timely updates to clients throughout the loan processing journey.
- Coordinate with telecalling teams and internal departments for client follow-ups and document collection.
- Address client queries professionally and ensure a smooth customer experience.

1. Loan Operations & CRM Management

- Calculate client income based on the documents and information provided.
- Update client details, follow-up status, document progress,



and case information in the CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications and pending requirements.
- Support the operations team in meeting turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive customer and financial information.
- Assist in improving processing efficiency and maintaining service quality.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client-handling and follow-up abilities.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Basic understanding of loan processing and financial documentation.
- Knowledge of income calculation and verification of financial documents.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client files and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-focused approach.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in loan operations, loan processing, banking operations, financial services, customer support, or document verification.
- Experience with home loans, mortgage loans, personal loans, or other loan operations will be preferred.

- Responsible, organized, and comfortable working under deadlines.
- Capable of handling multiple cases in a fast-paced financial services environment.
- Willing to work the 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift.
