We are looking for a Legal Consultant – Tele-Law to provide legal assistance and guidance to clients through telephonic and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong legal knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to understand and address legal queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal consultation and guidance to clients through telephonic/video platforms.
- Understand client concerns and provide appropriate legal information and possible remedies.
- Conduct basic legal research and analyze applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Assist clients with matters related to civil, criminal, family, consumer, property, labour, and other legal issues.
- Explain legal procedures and documentation requirements in simple language.
- Maintain accurate records of consultations and case-related information.
- Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of client information.
- Escalate complex matters to senior legal professionals when required.
- Support the Tele-Law team in delivering accessible and timely legal assistance.
