Roles and Responsibilities

Make Reservations by taking information through email or over phone call.

Finding the Chauffeur (from chauffeur area) for that particular reservation and then dispatching chauffeur to the pickup location and successfully giving instructions to chauffeur regarding trip.

Tracking chauffeurs.

Communication with chauffeurs over phone calls and on messages.

Communication with clients and other affiliate / partner companies.

Working in Ms office and excel

(Moderate knowledge is required)

Writing Emails

Core Skills & Experience

- Dispatching or transportation experience

Limo, taxi, black car, shuttle, or even logistics experience is a big plus.
- Strong multitasking ability

Handling multiple reservations, drivers, and live changes at the same time—without panicking.
- Excellent communication skills

Clear, professional phone etiquette with clients and firm but respectful communication with drivers.

- Problem-solving under pressure

Traffic delays, last-minute changes,



VIP clients—this role lives in real-time decision making. Technical & Operational Skills
- Dispatch software knowledge

Experience with systems like Limo Anywhere, Groundspan, Samsara, or similar platforms.
- GPS & route planning skills

Understanding traffic patterns, airports, event venues, and optimal routing.
- Basic computer skills

Fast typing, email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Time & schedule management

Assigning drivers efficiently and avoiding conflicts or gaps. Customer Service & Professionalism
- Customer-first mindset

Especially key for VIP, corporate, and airport clients.
- Calm, polite, and confident demeanor

Even when clients or drivers are stressed.
- Attention to detail

Names, pickup times, addresses, flight numbers—mistakes are costly.
- Discretion & confidentiality

Handling high-profile or sensitive clients professionally. I
