Job Summary

Vynedam Group of Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Legal / Tender Compliance Executive to join our Legal & Compliance team.

The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in legal documentation, government tender compliance, procurement regulations, contract review, or corporate compliance.

The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing tender-specific legal requirements, preparing declarations and undertakings, identifying contractual risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable government procurement regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Review Additional Terms & Conditions (ATC), tender-specific clauses, contractual obligations, and legal compliance requirements.
- Prepare, review, and validate legal declarations, undertakings, affidavits, and supporting tender documentation.
- Coordinate compliance documentation related to GFR Rule 144(xi) and applicable blacklisting/debarment requirements.
- Verify contract history, company representations, and supporting declarations for accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain and update a legal-risk register to identify contractual, regulatory, and tender-related risks.
- Review final signed tender acceptance documents before submission.
- Identify and escalate material legal risks,



compliance gaps, and contractual concerns to management.
- Coordinate with Bid Management, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of legal approvals, compliance documentation, and contractual correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive legal and commercial information.

Educational Qualifications
- LLB preferred.
- Candidates with relevant legal, corporate compliance, or procurement compliance qualifications may also be considered.

Experience Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in legal compliance, tender compliance, procurement documentation, or corporate legal functions.
- Experience reviewing government tender conditions, declarations, undertakings, and contractual documentation is preferred.
- Familiarity with GeM tenders,



government procurement procedures, and compliance requirements will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of contractual terms, legal obligations, and compliance risks.
- Ability to interpret tender clauses and identify legal or commercial concerns.
- Good legal drafting, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
- Robust organizational skills and ability to meet tender submission deadlines.

Salary & Career Opportunities
- Annual CTC: ₹4,80,000 – ₹7,20,000
- Compensation will depend on relevant experience, qualifications, and interview performance.
