### Role Description

JuristechLegal & Partners is seeking an experienced Legal Associate for a full-time secondment assignment at a corporate client's office in Navi Mumbai. The selected candidate will remain an employee of JuristechLegal & Partners while working with the client's in-house legal and business teams.

The position requires on-site presence in Navi Mumbai for five working days a week and involves providing practical legal support for commercial operations, contracts, compliance and dispute management.

### Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, procurement contracts, NDAs and other business documents.
- Provide day-to-day legal support to business, procurement and operations teams.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate risk-mitigation measures.
- Assist with corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance and internal legal policies.
- Support contract lifecycle management, including renewals,



amendments and contractual obligations.
- Handle legal notices, commercial disputes, arbitration matters and coordination with external counsel.
- Assist with compliance relating to anti-bribery, trade controls and data privacy, wherever applicable.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, internal notes and compliance documentation.
- Maintain organised contract records, legal trackers and reporting systems.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of legal issues.

### Qualifications
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate legal, commercial contracts or in-house legal advisory.
- Strong drafting, reviewing and negotiation skills.
- Sound knowledge of Indian commercial laws, contractual risk management and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in multinational companies, energy, engineering, manufacturing or infrastructure sectors will be preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters efficiently.

### Employment and Work Arrangement The selected candidate will be employed by JuristechLegal & Partners and assigned to a corporate client under a secondment arrangement. The role requires working in office at the client's office in Navi Mumbai five days per week, in accordance with the assignment's working schedule.

Candidates must demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, commercial awareness and the ability to work effectively within an in-house legal team.
