Your role

New Business Development

- Call prospective brands and clients and open new leasing conversations
- Work across categories: fashion, jewellery and F&B;

Follow-up and Data Discipline

- Record every call in the company's follow-up format
- Keep your pipeline data accurate and up to date

Site Visits

- Visit malls and sites to understand the property and the brand's needs first-hand





Reporting and Team Process

- Work within the team hierarchy
- Send your seniors your review metrics every morning

Knowledge, skills and behaviours

- Interest in retail, brands and how malls work
- A confident, clear voice on the phone
- Discipline in follow-ups and record-keeping
- Comfort with daily targets and reporting
- Respect for process and hierarchy
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
