Role Description The Lead React Native Developer will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications, providing technical leadership to a cross-functional team. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating product requirements into scalable React Native solutions, reviewing code, implementing best practices, and ensuring performance, security, and reliability. The role involves collaborating with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers, as well as mentoring developers and participating in architectural decision-making.

This is a contract position based in Bengaluru in a hybrid setup,



combining on-site collaboration with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development skills, including React Native and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills, with experience integrating APIs and working with server-side technologies.
- Candidates should possess deep expertise in JavaScript and Redux.js for state management and application structure.
- Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and debugging across Android and iOS platforms.
- Candidates should possess the ability to lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work setting.
- 10+ years of Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies is + years beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
