What You’ll Do
- Generate new business opportunities in the Domestic Staffing & Recruitment space
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, LinkedIn & email
- Build strong client relationships and understand hiring requirements
- Generate qualified leads and schedule client meetings
- Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records
Achieve monthly lead generation and business targetsWhat We’re Looking For:
✔ 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales/BDR/Business Development
✔ Experience in Staffing/Recruitment sales preferred
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Target-oriented and proactive approach
✔ Knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM & lead-generation tools is a plus
