we’re looking for a self driven associate to join us for 6 months and help grow two clothing businesses: frame & kin and jk enterprises.

about the role

? stipend: ₹5,000/month what you’ll do

1. frame & kin | lead generation (primary focus)

frame & kin manufactures garments for streetwear brands, helping founders and labels bring their products to life.

- discover emerging and established streetwear brands on instagram
- reach out to potential clients through personalised dms and emails
- follow up consistently and move leads towards their first order
- manage and update our lead pipeline on notion
- track outreach, conversions, and weekly progress

2. jk enterprises | distribution jk enterprises is our clothing brand, and we’re expanding our distribution network.

- research local wholesalers and potential retail partners
- identify commission agents who can help us enter current markets
- initiate conversations and pitch our products




- coordinate follow ups and track partner relationships who we’re looking for
- self driven, organised, and comfortable working independently
- good at spotting brands, trends, and potential business opportunities
- confident communicating in english and hindi (punjabi is a plus)
- persistent with follow ups and comfortable starting conversations
- familiar with instagram and basic digital tools
- equipped with a laptop or smartphone and reliable internet no prior work experience is required. familiarity with fashion, sales, outreach, or notion is a plus.
