Role : Team Lead -Revenue Integrity

Location: Hyderabad

Role Summary The Revenue Integrity Team Lead provides direction, oversight, and subject matter expertise across revenue integrity functions, including charge capture, denial management, and revenue optimization. This role serves as a liaison between Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) leadership and Operations, and provides leadership, guidance, and support to a team of Revenue Integrity Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Integrity Operations & Reporting

- Monitor adherence to charge capture processes and key performance indicators.
- Investigate and resolve revenue integrity concerns, including charge discrepancies, audit findings, and provider setup gaps.
- Coordinate with application support teams to address provider setup issues, department linkage concerns, and system?related charge capture problems.
- Analyze revenue trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure regulatory and payer policy changes are implemented appropriately.

- Recommend process standardization, escalate issues as needed, and prepare SOPs and training materials.

- Lead the development and analysis of reports and dashboards relevant to Revenue Integrity.
- Maintain documentation of audit findings, root?cause observations, corrective actions, and unresolved issues requiring escalation.

- Monitor team productivity, assign work, and ensure timely completion of departmental objectives.

Coding, Billing & Denial Management





- Lead discovery and analysis of eligibility, coding, and authorization?related denial issues.
- Identify charge capture, coding, documentation, and workflow gaps contributing to revenue leakage.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of denial resolutions and support implementation strategies to reduce denials.

Education & Collaboration

- Coordinate training programs based on findings within the Revenue Integrity domain.
- Partner with organizational leadership to support revenue integrity goals.
- Escalate unresolved issues and recurring operational gaps to appropriate stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Services, Finance, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD?10?CM, HCPCS, and medical terminology; coding certification preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with charge codes, charging practices, and CDM structure.
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred).
- Demonstrated analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or similar tools.
