We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our fast-growing global mobile gaming company and build intelligent, data-driven products that enhance player engagement and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build ML models for personalization, recommendations, player engagement, and monetization.
- Develop predictive models for churn, player segmentation, LTV, and revenue forecasting.
- Design experiments and apply statistical methods to measure business impact.
- Build scalable, production-ready ML pipelines.
- Explore Agentic AI, LLM applications, and optimization techniques.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams and mentor junior Data Scientists.

Required Skills:

- Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
- Expertise in Statistics, Machine Learning, Bayesian Methods, and Experimental Design.
- Experience with Apache Spark and cloud-based ML environments.
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production.
- Understanding of Agentic AI, LLM applications,



and workflow automation tools such as n8n.
- Solid analytical thinking and a product-oriented mindset.

Candidate Preferences:

- Candidates with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Must be currently based in Ahmedabad.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Ahmedabad.

Pay: ₹1,170,000.00 - ₹2,560,000.00 per year
