Title: LEAD COPILOT DEVELOPER

Responsibilities-

- Understand customer requirements and challenges and recommend suitable and optimal technology solutions.

- Develop POCs and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate the capabilities of Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

- Develop conversational assistants and Generative AI solutions from scratch and enhance existing solutions.

- Create bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio with natural language to generate topics, trigger phrases, and responses.

- Develop Copilot plugins and connectors for Copilot extensibility.

- Automate business processes by developing and delivering Power Platform-based solutions.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of overall IT experience.

- Hands-on development experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies such as Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft 365.

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript.

- Familiarity with AI concepts and frameworks such as Large Language Models and OpenAI.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents, including bots, topics, actions, variables, plugins, and analytics.

- Experience with Declarative Agents,



Conversational AI, AI Governance, AI Orchestration, Generative Answers, and Enterprise AI Solutions.

- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder.

- Experience building low-code custom connectors, Copilot extensions, and applications leveraging Microsoft Copilot capabilities.

- Hands-on experience with Azure AI services including Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Machine Learning, and other Azure services for developing custom AI solutions.

- Experience integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure integration services or API Management platforms.

- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Multi-Agent Architecture, MCP Server, and Semantic Kernel.

- Knowledge of ALM, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.

- Experience with Microsoft Bot Framework is an advantage.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and Agile environment.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Relevant certifications in Microsoft AI, Power Platform, Azure, and/or Dynamics 365 are preferred.
