We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead AEM / Solution Architect to join our growing Adobe Experience Cloud practice and support global enterprises in designing and delivering engaging digital customer experiences.

Position Details

- Role: Lead AEM / Solution Architect

- Experience: 10+

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of AEM components, templates, workflows, and third-party integrations to build scalable and robust web applications.

- Provide technical leadership across multiple complex Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementations within the organization.

- Review and guide the overall solution architecture, custom design solutions, technical approach, and go-live readiness for AEM Sites, Assets, and Forms.

- Mentor and guide a team of AEM developers by conducting code reviews, ensuring best practices, and supporting their technical growth.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to plan, estimate, and deliver projects on time.

- Develop complex components and integrations for enterprise AEM applications.

- Communicate technical assessments, recommendations, risks, and gaps effectively with both business and technical teams.





- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to AEM and associated Adobe technologies.

- Participate in pre-sales discussions, client assessments, technical discovery workshops, and delivery demos.

- Stay updated on the latest AEM and Adobe Experience Cloud trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Strong hands-on experience in AEM as a Cloud Service

- Expertise in Cloud Manager, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms

- Extensive experience in designing and developing multi-regional websites using Adobe Experience Manager

- Robust understanding of OSGi, JCR, Sling, Oak

- Proficiency in Java programming and Java-based enterprise application development

- Experience with Apache Dispatcher configuration and UNIX environments

- Strong understanding of OOP principles and functional programming concepts

- Experience building large-scale web applications integrated with backend services

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage technical teams

- Experience with personalization implementations in AEM using leading personalization tools

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills

Good to Have

- Knowledge of other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, such as:

- Adobe Target

- Adobe Analytics

- Experience in Adobe Experience Manager lead developer or architect certification

Educational Qualification

- BE / B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field
