Lab Technician

Minimum Qualification Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in engineering functions such as:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Equipment Engineering
- Systems Engineering
- Integration Engineering
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and work with multidisciplinary systems.
- Valuable written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience creating and reviewing technical reports, procedures, and engineering documentation.

Key Technical Competencies

- System Integration
- Experience integrating complex electromechanical systems.
- Understanding of interactions between mechanical, electrical, software, and optical subsystems.
- Testing and Qualification
- System validation and qualification experience.




- Performance verification against specifications.
- Calibration and acceptance testing knowledge.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging
- Root cause analysis skills.
- Hands-on debugging of equipment and manufacturing issues.
- Ability to diagnose hardware and system-level failures.
- Manufacturing and Equipment Experience
- Exposure to production or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of process improvement and quality systems.
- Experience supporting manufacturing operations.
