? We're Hiring | Laboratory Analyst – Quality Control (QC)

? Location: Ramadevi Foods Production Unit, Proddatur

? Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

? Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹3 LPA (Negotiable based on work experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, receive, identify, and prepare samples for laboratory testing.
- Perform chemical, physical, microbiological, and other applicable laboratory tests according to approved test methods and SOPs.
- Operate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Perform calibration and routine verification of laboratory instruments.
- Record test results accurately in laboratory records, worksheets, logbooks, and electronic systems.
- Ensure laboratory reagents, chemicals, standards, and solutions are properly prepared, labelled, stored, and within their validity period.
- Maintain proper laboratory housekeeping and follow laboratory safety requirements.
- Maintain laboratory records and ensure data integrity, traceability, and proper documentation.




- Support internal and external audits by providing the required laboratory records and information.
- Ensure testing is completed within the required turnaround time.
- Assist in preparing and implementing CAPA, HACCP, and SOPs.

Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing methods, quality control procedures, and food-safety standards.
- Understanding of GMP, GHP, HACCP, CAPA, and SOPs.
- Valuable analytical, observation, and documentation skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate laboratory records and follow safety procedures.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on their practical knowledge and suitability for the role.
