Role: L2/L3 Application Support – Actimize

Experience: 5–12 Years

Location: Chennai , Hyd, or Vizag

Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced L2/L3 Application Support professional with strong expertise in Windows Server, IIS, and Actimize applications. The candidate will be responsible for application support, troubleshooting, deployment, vulnerability handling, and maintaining Actimize-based applications in a production workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 application support for applications hosted in a Windows Server/IIS environment.
- Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft IIS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IIS-based applications.
- Monitor application health and perform root-cause analysis for production issues.
- Handle and remediate security vulnerabilities in IIS environments.
- Work with Windows Server and execute Windows commands for application troubleshooting and support.
- Support Actimize applications and components in production environments.
- Work with Actimize RCM, SAM, and CTR modules.
- Provide support for DART View and Actimize workflows.
- Work with AIS Modeler and AIS Server.
- Handle AIS packages/processes and deployment activities.




- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and other support teams for issue resolution.
- Perform incident management, problem management, and production support activities as required.
- Maintain proper documentation for incidents, resolutions, deployments, and support activities.

Mandatory Skills

- 5–12 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience in L2/L3 Application Support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and IIS.
- Experience in IIS installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and vulnerability remediation.
- Good knowledge of Windows commands.
- Hands-on Actimize experience is mandatory.
- Experience with Actimize RCM, SAM, and CTR modules.
- Knowledge of DART View, Actimize Components, and Actimize Workflow.
- Experience with AIS Modeler and AIS Server.
- Experience with AIS Packages/Processes and deployment.

Important Submission Criteria

- Actimize experience is mandatory. Profiles without Actimize experience should NOT be submitted.
- Only Immediate Joiners will be considered.
- Candidate must be available to work from Chennai or Vizag.
- Candidate should be comfortable with the 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM shift.
