What You'll Be Doing

- Identify and reach out to potential customers via cold calling, LinkedIn InMail, emails, and other outbound channels.
- Research target companies and identify key decision makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Deliver compelling introductory pitches that communicate Career Central's value proposition.
- Understand customer challenges and position our solutions as relevant answers.
- Handle objections and move conversations towards meaningful sales opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospective customers through regular follow-ups.




- Guide prospects through the initial sales journey and negotiate deals.

What We're Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles; fresh graduates welcome.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in making cold calls and approaching new prospects.
- Ability to write engaging, personalized LinkedIn InMails and outreach emails.
- A persuasive personality with good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience, curiosity, and confidence to handle rejection constructively.
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM systems, or sales prospecting tools is an advantage.
