: Job designation: Kitchen inventory/ store keeper.

Experience Range: 2 - 4 years

Educational Qualifications: Job Responsibilities:

- Need to have experience in handling the raw material store by maintaining par stock,ordering,receiving and fifo maintenance as per the hygiene standards
- He needs to have experience in the cold room inventory management by following FIFO of the frozen products
- Check and receive delivered goods and account for all the invoices
- Account for all the received invoices as per the process
- Data entry of the received invoices.
- Ordering for all the raw materials and making sure proforma is received and PO is made and shared with the vendor

Skills Required: Raw material handling , Par stock maintenance , Ordering , Receiving , FIFO maintenance , Cold room inventory management , Excel , Communication , Coordinating with different departments , Invoice processing ,



Data entry , Purchase order management

Candidate Attributes:

- Need to be well versed in excel and related programmes.
- Need to be positive in communication and co ordinating with different departments and collegues
