Role Objective

Oversee the implementation of sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned zone.Foster a positive organisational image among customers and within the industry while driving team performance.

The key responsibilities for the role are as below:

? Oversee standard visit list of doctors and chemists, including tour plans and Master Tour coverage Productivity

Plan as per policy

? Validate recent doctors and chemists in relevant geographies for potential inclusion

? Validate potential mapping of key opinion leaders and key business leaders through chemist audits

? Guide the team in identification of doctors including core, campaign, and high-potential doctors, and plan periodic visits during the vacancy period

? Oversee visit frequency for doctors based on business needs and ensure compliance by representatives





? Oversee inclusion of key market chemists in the customer list as per policy

? Engage with core customers to drive desired business outcome

? Identify key opinion leaders and key business leaders for periodic meetings

? Monitor periodic review meetings with the team and provide updates to senior stakeholders

? Oversee induction and central training programs, cycle meetings to understand campaigns and processes

? Drive team performance metrics by monitoring call average coverage and repeat coverage and create a plan to address gaps

? Oversee the timely submission of all required documents, including daily call reports, monthly tour plans, and expense statements
