Role: Kafka Administration

Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years

Location: Chennai ,Bangalore, Hyderabad

Must Have:

Kafka Administrator who should be able to perform complete admin work in Kafka and Unix activities.

- Designing, developing, and managing Kafka-based data pipelines.
- Working with other big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Storm.
- Monitoring and optimizing Kafka clusters.
- Troubleshooting Kafka related issues.
- Handling customer queries and support.
- Performing administrator support for Kafka infrastructure..

Good to Have:

- Maintaining the availability, performance and security of Kafka infrastructure.
- Developing and maintaining the automation for Kafka infrastructure.




- Creating and managing Kafka topics, producers, consumers, and Python-based Kafka consumers and producers to enable efficient data processing with other systems.

Essential:

- Experience in other messaging systems such as IBM MQ or Rabbit MQ.
- Experience in the Atlassian stack tools Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket (GIT).
- Experience in Jenkins automation development.
- Experience in the scripting languages shell and python.
- Experience in the operating systems Linux (RedHat and/or SuSE) and Windows Server.
- Experience in search engines such as Elasticsearch.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
