Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Oversee RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.

- Assist in site planning, material management, and work progress tracking.

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders for smooth execution.

- Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and work documentation.

- Verify measurements and quantities as per BOQ and approved drawings.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and government project specifications.

- Prepare reports, schedules, and project updates using MS Excel and MS Office tools.

- Review and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects.

- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in Government Building, CPWD, PSU,



or Institutional Construction Projects.

- Good knowledge of RCC structures, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.

- Ability to read and understand architectural, structural, and service drawings.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review and coordination.

- Solid working knowledge of MS Excel for reporting, quantity tracking, and project management.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

- Familiarity with CPWD specifications, IS codes, and quality standards.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
