Role Description This full-time remote Junior Recruiter role at CAREERBLOC focuses on supporting end-to-end hiring activities in a target-based environment (up to 8k, performance-linked). Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through online platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial phone or virtual interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring teams.

The Junior

Recruiter will maintain accurate candidate records, follow up with applicants, and support offer and onboarding processes. The role also involves building and nurturing candidate pipelines, sharing regular progress updates, and collaborating closely with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and performance targets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated interest in recruitment or talent acquisition, with basic knowledge of hiring processes and candidate evaluation.
- Strong communication skills,



including clear written communication and confident, professional phone and video interaction.
- Ability to use online job portals, professional networking sites, and basic applicant tracking or CRM tools to source and manage candidates.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles, follow up systematically, and meet defined targets.
- Comfort working in a remote, performance-driven environment, with a proactive, self-directed approach and a focus on results.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn from feedback, support team objectives, and adapt to evolving hiring needs.
- Preferred: Previous internship or entry-level experience in recruiting, HR, or sales; familiarity with basic interview techniques.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
