About Atlas SoftWebAtlas SoftWeb is looking for a proactive and research-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our business development team in identifying potential clients and generating qualified B2B leads for our IT services.Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in lead generation, IT sales and business development are welcome to apply.

- Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify potential B2B clients across relevant industries and target markets.
- Generate qualified leads for the following services:
- WordPress Development
- Shopify Development
- PHP Development
- Front-End Development
- Mobile App Development
- Digital Marketing Services
- Conduct online research using search engines, LinkedIn, company websites and other relevant platforms to identify potential prospects.
- Build, maintain and update accurate databases of prospective clients, including company details and contact information.
- Identify key decision-makers, business owners and relevant stakeholders within target organisations.
- Support email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting and other lead generation activities.




- Coordinate with the business development team to understand target markets, ideal customer profiles and lead requirements.
- Track lead generation activities, maintain records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Meet assigned lead generation targets and contribute to the overall business development pipeline.
- Skills and Qualifications1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, telecalling, business development or a related field.
- Understanding of B2B lead generation and online research techniques.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, search engines, MS Excel/Google Sheets and other research tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate lead databases.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to work towards targets.
- Interest in IT services, web development and digital marketing will be an advantage.
