Dyna Tours India is looking for an experienced Junior Holiday Consultant to join its Kozhikode team. The candidate should have practical experience in travel package planning, customer enquiries, and booking coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing domestic and international tour packages.
- Prepare itineraries and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential clients.
- Coordinate hotel, transport, and other travel arrangements.
- Support the sales team in converting enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer details and booking records.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a travel agency or tourism company.
- Basic practical knowledge of domestic and international tour packages.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare itineraries and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Willingness to work on-site at the Kozhikode office.
Important: Candidates must have 1–2 years of relevant work experience. Freshers are not eligible.
