About the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Mumbai studio and work closely with our design and creative teams.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics who understands that good design is not simply about making things look good — it is about communicating an idea clearly and creating visual impact.

You will contribute to Deksha's visual communication across Instagram, Meta advertising, presentations, branding, marketing material and other digital and print applications.

What You'll Do

- Design Instagram posts, carousels, stories and other social media creatives for Deksha.
- Create engaging and visually refined Meta ad creatives for marketing campaigns.
- Develop layouts and visual concepts for interior design projects, presentations and marketing material.
- Translate project briefs and design ideas into compelling visual communication.
- Assist in developing and refining logos, branding elements and visual identities.
- Work with typography, imagery, colour, composition and hierarchy to create polished designs.
- Adapt creatives across different formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print applications.




- Make revisions based on creative direction and feedback.
- Organise and maintain design files, assets and working documents.
- Work closely with senior designers and the wider studio team across multiple projects.
- Keep up with relevant graphic design, social media and visual communication trends, particularly within the architecture, interiors and luxury design space.

What We're Looking For
- A strong foundation in graphic design and visual communication.
- A good eye for composition, typography, imagery and aesthetics.
- Ability to create clean, sophisticated and visually engaging social media content.
- Understanding of what makes an Instagram creative or Meta ad effective, not just attractive.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent design tools.
- Ability to create and refine branding and logo concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to understand a brief and translate it into a strong visual concept.
- Valuable time management and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn from senior designers.
- An interest in interior design, architecture, branding and luxury visual communication is a strong advantage.
