Role Description The Junior Architect role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for work from home.

The Junior

Architect will support senior architects in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and coordinating design documentation for ongoing projects. Daily tasks include assisting with site analysis, creating 2D and 3D drawings, preparing presentation materials, and participating in design reviews. The role also involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project timelines and budgets.

The Junior





Architect will help with building code compliance checks, preparation of working drawings, and occasional site visits for inspections and coordination.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into detailed plans and drawings.
- Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools, BIM platforms, and design workflows.
- Ability to assist in Project Management activities, including documentation, coordination with stakeholders, and tracking deliverables.
- Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) and familiarity with visualization tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; eligibility or pursuit of professional licensure is an advantage.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Mumbai and surrounding areas.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to visit project sites as needed and learn from hands-on construction and coordination activities.
