As a Junior Agentic AI Developer at Passio Communications, you will contribute to designing, developing, and testing AI-driven solutions that support marketing, branding, and digital experience projects.

What You Will Do

- Build & Automate: Develop intelligent agents and seamless automation workflows based on defined architectures using tools like n8n, Make, and LangChain.
- Prompt Engineering: Write, refine,



and rigorously test prompts, structured outputs, and API tool calls.
- RAG Implementation: Support the setup and optimization of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, handling chunking, embeddings, and data retrieval.
- Integrate & Document: Wire up essential APIs, webhooks, and system triggers. Write clear test cases and comprehensive documentation for your workflows.

What You Bring to the Table

- Experience: 1–2 years in software development or automation.
- Core Stack: Solid foundation in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- AI Tooling: Hands-on experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs.
- Best Practices: Proficiency in Git, and most importantly, a relentless habit of learning fast.
