About the Company

Gilco Global Pvt. Ltd. is an established vertical transportation solutions company specialising in elevators, escalators, installation, modernisation, and maintenance services.

We are looking for a sincere, organised, and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our Accounts & Finance team at our Zirakpur office.

The ideal candidate should have practical accounting knowledge, familiarity with statutory requirements, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial records accurately and responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime or equivalent accounting software.
- Prepare and record sales invoices, purchase bills, payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries.
- Manage vendor and customer ledger reconciliation.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and monitor transactions.
- Maintain petty cash, expense statements, employee advances, and reimbursement records.
- Assist with GST and TDS calculations, documentation, and return preparation.
- Verify invoices, supporting documents, and payment records.
- Prepare Excel-based MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Coordinate with branch offices, vendors, and internal departments for accounting documentation.
- Assist with monthly closing, audit preparation, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper filing, confidentiality, and accuracy of financial records.





Required Skills
- Practical working knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic Indian accounting procedures.
- Good command of MS Excel, including formulas, data entry, and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of purchase accounting, billing, and ledger management.
- Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and follow established accounting processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferably 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Previous experience in engineering, manufacturing, service, construction, or project-based organisations would be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong accounting fundamentals and relevant practical skills are encouraged to apply.
