- In depth knowledge of JIRA configuration, administration and troubleshooting (being able to provide recommendations for improvements)
- Administered large, complex Atlassian eco-systems on both on-premise and Atlassian Cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Jira Cloud Forge apps
- Generate a Gap Analysis document with the main differences between the On-Prem and Cloud environments for both Atlassian products and Apps
- Expertise on the Atlassian REST APIs, Python v2 or v3, Apache, Groovy, and JavaScript.
- Experience in configuring JIRA for Github, Perforce, etc.
- Load balancing using NGINX.
- JIRA Query Language (JQL) and Groovy scripting
- Hands on experience on System administration knowledge (Linux and Windows)/JIRA Administration (such as administrating JIRA Plugins including JIRA Agile, Jira user and group management etc.)
- Integration experience on JIRA and confluence with supported Atlassian plugins and development.
- Technical Experience in performing Atlassian installations, upgrades, and migrations.
