TVASHTAR is looking for a talented and experienced Jewellery & Fashion Accessories Designer with a strong creative vision, exceptional drawing skills and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and detail.

The role will involve conceptualising and developing original designs across fine jewellery, statement brooches, handbags, shoes and other high-fashion accessories. We are looking for a designer who can combine artistic expression with technical precision, translating ideas into distinctive designs that balance creativity, functionality, materiality and manufacturing feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise and develop original designs across fine jewellery and fashion accessories, from initial sketches to final design development.
- Create detailed hand-drawn sketches, illustrations and renderings, alongside digital designs using Procreate.
- Develop mood boards, design concepts, material explorations, colour palettes and visual references.
- Research international luxury fashion, fine jewellery, couture, art and design to inform original creative directions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of materials, finishes, proportions, construction techniques and craftsmanship.
- Prepare detailed design sheets, illustrations and technical references to communicate concepts accurately to artisans, vendors and manufacturers.
- Collaborate with product development and production teams to develop samples, review prototypes and refine designs.




- Manage multiple design projects while maintaining high standards of originality, precision and execution.

Experience & Skills Required

- 3–5 years of qualified experience in fine jewellery and/or fashion accessories design.
- Excellent manual sketching, drawing, rendering and illustration skills.
- Strong proficiency in Procreate and digital design presentation.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing original concepts, design development and finished or sampled work.
- Working knowledge of jewellery materials, settings and finishes, and/or accessory materials, hardware and construction.
- Understanding of the transition from concept to prototype and production.
- Exceptional attention to detail, visual research skills and a strong sense of form, proportion and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively and translate creative briefs into well-developed designs.

Preferred

- Experience with luxury, designer, couture or premium jewellery and accessories brands.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD or 3D design tools.
- Experience working directly with artisans, specialist manufacturers and product development teams.
