About the Role

Pink City Jewelhouse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Jewellery Designer. You will develop trend-driven, commercially viable jewellery collections. The role needs strong hand-sketching skills, CorelDRAW proficiency and a good understanding of jewellery design, materials and manufacturing feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Creation: Develop original designs for rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and other jewellery categories, based on market trends and brand requirements.
- Concept Development: Create hand sketches, concepts, themes and mood boards for new collections.
- Trend Research: Research current jewellery trends, customer preferences and emerging design directions.
- Product Understanding: Develop designs while considering gemstones, metals, proportions, production feasibility and costing.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with CAD designers, production teams, gemologists and other departments to ensure designs are technically feasible.
- Design Development: Modify and refine designs based on feedback from management, clients and production teams.
- Prototyping: Review prototypes and give design corrections so the final product matches the original concept.
- Client Requirements: Understand and incorporate client and custom design requirements.
- Presentation: Prepare and present design concepts clearly for internal reviews and client discussions.
- Quality & Accuracy: Ensure designs meet company quality standards,



design guidelines and production requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW and excellent hand-sketching skills
- Good knowledge of jewellery sketching, themes, product development and visualization
- Solid understanding of jewellery design principles, proportions, detailing and aesthetics
- Ability to conceptualize unique, commercially viable designs based on market trends and brand requirements
- Strong creative ability, an eye for detail, and a good understanding of colours, forms, textures and composition
- Good understanding of jewellery materials, gemstones, metals and manufacturing feasibility
- Ability to translate creative concepts into designs that are both aesthetically appealing and technically practical
- Knowledge of PowerTRACE, LiveSketch and Symmetry tools in CorelDRAW is an added advantage

Who Is Suitable for This Role

- Jewellery designers with 3–7 years of experience in fine, fashion or artificial jewellery
- Candidates with a fashion background (fashion design, accessory design, jewellery design or a related field) will be preferred
- Candidates who can share a strong design portfolio (hand sketches, CorelDRAW work, collections or mood boards). A portfolio is mandatory.
- Designers who understand trends, customer preferences and production feasibility
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred
