Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage sampling process from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of samples for approval.

- Coordinate with buyers to understand their requirements and preferences, providing guidance on product development and selection.

- Develop effective communication strategies to manage multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, design teams, and internal customers.

- Plan and execute merchandising activities such as market research, and trend analysis to stay ahead of competition.

- Oversee sourcing materials procurement process to ensure quality control standards are met.

- Executing production friendly samples and showcasing.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in Jewellery Merchandising or related field (B.Tech Computers preferred).

- Robust understanding of Buyer Communication, Merchandise Planning, Sampling, Sourcing Materials, and other relevant skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
