Role Description The Java MERN Stack Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on core Java, advanced Java frameworks, and MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) for learners at varying skill levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting interactive classroom sessions, guiding learners through hands-on projects and live coding exercises, and assessing learner progress through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.

The trainer will provide mentorship, clarify technical concepts,



support learners in building real-world applications, and collaborate with the academic team to continuously update course content as per current industry standards. Qualifications

- Solid proficiency in Java (core and advanced), including OOP concepts, collections, multithreading, and exposure to frameworks such as Spring or Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with MERN stack technologies: MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js, including building and deploying full-stack web applications.
- Practical knowledge of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), RESTful APIs, and version control tools such as Git.
- Prior experience in technical training, teaching, or mentoring, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices, including debugging, testing, and basic DevOps or deployment workflows.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong classroom management and learner engagement capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in Java or full-stack development are an advantage.
