Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and patient-focused IVF Specialist / Fertility Specialist to join our reputed IVF clinic in
Indore.
The role involves comprehensive infertility evaluation, individualized treatment planning, management of assisted reproductive treatment cycles, patient counselling, and close coordination with the embryology and clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose infertility cases and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Manage and supervise IUI, IVF, ICSI and other assisted reproductive treatment cycles as applicable.
- Monitor ovarian stimulation and treatment response through ultrasound and relevant investigations.
- Counsel patients and couples regarding treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, timelines and procedures.
- Review relevant hormonal, ultrasound and other fertility investigations.
- Coordinate closely with embryologists, nursing staff, counsellors and IVF coordinators.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with clinical, ethical, regulatory and infection-control standards.
- Manage complex infertility cases and escalate/refer when additional specialist intervention is required.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement and outcome monitoring.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBBS with relevant postgraduate qualification/specialization in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and/or Reproductive
Medicine/IVF.
- 3+ years of relevant IVF/fertility experience.
- Demonstrated experience in infertility management and assisted reproductive technologies.
- Robust clinical decision-making, communication and patient-management skills.
- Compassionate, ethical and patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary fertility team.
