Role Description The ITI Trainee role at SHETRON LIMITED is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The trainee will support day-to-day operations on the shop floor, including assisting in machine operation, basic maintenance, and routine quality checks under guidance from senior technicians and supervisors.

Responsibilities include following standard operating procedures, adhering to safety and housekeeping standards, documenting work activities, and learning to use relevant tools and equipment. The trainee will participate in training sessions, observe experienced staff,



and gradually take on more independent tasks as skills develop. Collaboration with production, maintenance, and quality teams will be essential to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of work.

Qualifications

- Completed ITI in a relevant trade (such as Fitter, Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Machinist, or similar technical discipline).
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery, tools, and equipment, with willingness to learn detailed operational procedures.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Good observational skills, attention to detail, and a disciplined approach to quality and documentation.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and readiness to work in a manufacturing environment on-site in Bengaluru.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to take feedback and improve performance.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks as required in a production setting.
- Openness to shift work, overtime when needed, and ongoing skill development through training provided by the company.
