Key Responsibilities

- End-user support for desktops, laptops, and systems
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network & connectivity issues
- IT onboarding & offboarding support
- Configure Outlook, VPN, printers & system access
- Support LAN/Wi-Fi and basic networking




- Software installation, backups & IT documentation

Requirements

✔ Strong end-user / user support experience

✔ Hands-on desktop & laptop troubleshooting

✔ Knowledge of Windows OS, VPN, printers & networking

✔ Basic knowledge of CCTV systems

✔ Positive communication & problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
