We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will handle IT technical support, hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, and IT material procurement. The role also involves coordinating with vendors, preparing quotations, and ensuring timely procurement of IT products based on customer and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.

- Install and configure Windows operating systems, applications, and Microsoft 365.

- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and printers.

- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients.

- Handle IT material procurement, including computers, printers, networking equipment, accessories, and other IT products.

- Obtain quotations from suppliers, compare prices, and identify suitable products based on technical specifications and budget.

- Coordinate with vendors and distributors regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and warranty details.

- Prepare purchase requests, quotations, and related procurement documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to understand IT product requirements.

- Maintain records of purchases,



supplier details, stock, and IT assets.

- Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, and routers.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365.

- Knowledge of printer installation and troubleshooting.

- Basic understanding of IT products, specifications, and compatibility.

- Good vendor coordination, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Ability to compare quotations and identify cost-effective procurement options.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.

Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or IT procurement.

- Candidates with experience in both IT support and IT product procurement will be preferred.

- Practical troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused approach.

- Ability to manage technical support and procurement activities efficiently.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
