Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer with solid technical knowledge of IT networking, troubleshooting, and end-user support. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently while ensuring smooth IT operations across the campus.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, projectors, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Monitor network connectivity and ensure reliable internet access across the campus.
- Manage user accounts, email access, and IT-related permissions.
- Support classroom IT equipment, smart boards, audio-visual systems, and meeting room technology.
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and technical support.




- Provide timely assistance to staff and ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support and networking.
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to explain technical issues clearly.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize issues, and provide timely resolutions.

Preferred: Knowledge of Windows administration, Microsoft 365, network security, and IT support ticketing systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
