Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented freshers to join our IT/Software Sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong email drafting and professional correspondence skills, and an interest in IT solutions and software sales.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, communicating with clients through emails and calls, following up on business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential customers and generate leads for IT and software solutions.

- Reach out to prospective clients through skilled emails, telephone calls, and LinkedIn.

- Draft clear, professional, and effective business emails, including introductory emails, follow-ups, meeting requests, and sales proposals.

- Communicate with clients to understand their business requirements and introduce relevant software solutions.

- Schedule client meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up discussions.

- Maintain regular communication with prospects and follow up on sales opportunities.

- Prepare and maintain lead databases, customer records, and sales reports using MS Excel and other CRM tools.

- Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams to understand product offerings and address client queries.

- Assist in preparing sales presentations, quotations, commercial proposals, and other client-facing documents.

- Track sales opportunities and support the team in converting leads into business.

- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent English Communication:



Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in speaking to clients.

- Email Writing Expertise: Good knowledge of professional email drafting, email etiquette, follow-ups, CC/BCC, attachments, subject lines, and business correspondence.

- Computer Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet research.

- Sales Aptitude: Willingness to learn sales techniques, lead generation, client handling, and business development.

- Research Skills: Ability to identify target companies, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities.

- Interpersonal Skills: Confidence, a positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to build client relationships.

- Learning Mindset: Willingness to learn about IT services, software products, and technology-based business solutions.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, maintain follow-up schedules, and meet deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Recent postgraduate candidates are preferred.

- Freshers with a strong interest in IT sales and business development are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent English communication and professional email-writing skills are mandatory.

- Candidates must be comfortable communicating with clients over calls and emails.

- Candidates should have a basic understanding of computers, MS Office, and internet-based research.

- Prior IT or software sales experience is not mandatory.
