About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to work on Identity & Access Management (IAM) and enterprise IT systems in an investment banking environment.

The role involves gathering business requirements, preparing functional and technical documentation, coordinating with business and development teams, managing testing activities, and providing Level 3 (L3) production support. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of IAM and user access controls will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.

- Prepare and maintain functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and other project documentation.

- Coordinate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with system architecture and security standards.

- Plan, prepare, and execute test strategies, test cases, and test scenarios.

- Ensure solution quality through testing and validation before transitioning to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Follow SDLC processes and project management methodologies, including project estimation, planning, delivery, and closure.

- Troubleshoot application and system issues during development and after deployment.

- Provide Level 3 (L3) support for production incidents, including investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution coordination.





- Support secure system design, user access controls, and integration between back-end systems and front-end applications.

- Work closely with business, operations, and technical teams across locations to ensure effective project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in business or system analysis, supporting complex enterprise-level information systems.

- Experience in requirements gathering, elicitation, analysis, and documentation.

- Hands-on experience in test planning, test case preparation, test execution, and quality assurance.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Knowledge of SDLC, software development processes, and project management methodologies.

- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools and JIRA, including Agile or Kanban environments.

- Experience handling production incidents and providing L3 support.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Positive to Have

- Knowledge or experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).

- Understanding of user access controls, access provisioning, authentication, and authorization.

- Experience working in investment banking, banking, or other financial services environments.

- Experience in project estimation, planning, delivery tracking, and project closure documentation.

- Familiarity with enterprise application security and access management processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 7 years of experience in enterprise IT systems, strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, hands-on testing experience, stakeholder management capabilities, and exposure to L3 production support. Candidates with IAM knowledge and investment banking experience will be preferred.
