Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination

- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and documentation.

- Coordinate communication between stakeholders, developers, and management.

- Track project progress and prepare status reports.

Technical Development

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using ASP.NET, C#.

- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.

- Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end and back-end systems.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of applications.

Collaboration & Support

- Work closely with business team to translate requirements into technical solutions.





- Provide technical guidance to junior developers.

- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience in project coordination or project management.

- Solid knowledge of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.

- Exposure to reporting tools like Power BI or SSRS.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to balance coordination tasks with hands-on development work.
