Experience of around 1 year in IT Hardware , Networking, Troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and access points
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Set up, configure, and deploy new laptops and desktops
- Diagnose and fix hardware faults (RAM, HDD/SSD, battery, display, keyboard, etc.)
- Install and troubleshoot printers, scanners, and copiers (network and local)
- Handle toner/cartridge replacement and coordinate with vendors for repairs
- Maintain asset inventory and warranty records
- Install and update operating systems
- Install and maintain antivirus, security patches
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
