Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to handle IT infrastructure, hardware installations, network configuration, and technical support across MedPlus Pharmacy stores. The candidate must be willing to travel to different store locations as per business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain POS (Point of Sale) systems at pharmacy stores.
- Handle CCTV camera installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain printers and other IT peripherals.
- Perform network configuration, including routers, switches, LAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Provide on-site technical support to pharmacy stores and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for IT installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment and maintain installation and service records.
- Travel to different store locations for installations, maintenance, and technical support.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc.



/ BCA / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in IT support, hardware, networking, or a similar role. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, CCTV, printers, computer hardware, and networking is required.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to travel extensively to different store locations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
